RoWellness currently ships within the United States only. We use trusted carriers to deliver orders securely and efficiently. All orders are packed with protective materials to preserve product integrity during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically delivers within 2–5 business days after processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and rural areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping promotions may be available periodically and will be clearly communicated.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
