Our policy for returning unopened research products within 30 days.
We stand behind the quality of our research products. If you are not satisfied with an unopened item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to the nature of research compounds.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rowellness.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for qualifying unopened items. Please contact customer support to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or damaged-seal products are not eligible for return or refund unless the item was damaged upon arrival or incorrectly shipped.
